30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your MagnaSharp. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item

Email us at magnasharp.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We'll reply within 1-2 working days with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Send the item back in its original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to pay any return postage.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.
